I am having difficulties winching the 210sp back on the trailer keel. While we sink the trailer deep enough, winch it back all the way and onto the keel, the boat slides back about 6-8 inches when we pull it out of the water. What is wrong? Has anyone experience this?
BTW.... Loooooove the boat!

I believe that happens when the back of the boat is still floating when hooked up to the trailer. As the trailer is pulled out of the water, the stern sits down on the trailer which makes the bow rise. The more floating, the more movement happens.
It would be pretty hard to get a ramp with the an incline that would allow the whole boat to sit on the trailer at the same time and still have your tow vehicle out of the water. I always have to crank mine up to the roller after it is out of the water.

Mine does the same thing. Its very annoying. I winch it all the way up flush with the roller in the water and after a bit of driving it sets back a good 6 inches. I recheck it after a few miles and retighten everything in the front and the rear.
