The easiest way to test the solenoid is with a test-light. Put the test-light in the terminal. Is the starter in your Jet Ski stuck? Take out the starter and put jump leads on it. If it is stuck, tap the side of starter using live jump leads. You should examine all leads and connections that they are in a clean condition and are all tightly attached. Examine spark plugs...
