Hi Everybody,
I am looking into making my own wake board racks for my 2012 180 SP and I would like to model it after the swivel rack that Sea Doo sells. I am a manufacturing engineer at a machine shop and I have accesss to all of the machines and material necessary, the only thing that I am lacking is the design. I have been trying to get ideas of how the sea doo rack swivels and locks by looking at pictures on google but I haven't found one that shows a view from the top of the rack which would really help. Does anybody have any pics of their rack from a '11/'12 - 210/230 Wake that could help me complete my design?
Thanks,
Jason

Jason,
Do these photos help at all? We took these at the press event for the MY2012 boats.
