I just signed up to the site and need help finding a service manual for my boat. I have a 2003 Sportster LE. Is the Sea Doo dealer the only place to buy this? Thanks!

I have been all over ebay and Google search. Still unable to find 2003 Sport Boat manuals anywhere. I plan to have my boat winterized this week. I was going to do it myself but when I started it and turned the water on it revved up to the rev limiter. I shut off the water, ran back to the boat. I turned the main power switch off, still ran, hit the start/stop button, still ran, pulled the safety lanyard, still ran. I finally hit the trottle and it died. I tried it again and went through the same thing. I am still under warantee until spring of '05, so I figure I'll have dealer look at and have jet pump oil changed, as the tech said they do this as part of winterization for $120. I assume parts/oil are extra. The part that scares me is the tech said he has not worked on a 947 yet.I got the manual for my DOO here, http://stores.ebay.c...genameZl2QQtZkm.

I picked up my boat today and the shop said they adjusted the idle. No other problems found. They did full winterization for $120, plus tax. I also odered the service manual supplement book. The shop let me thumb through their book before ordering. It looks like this will come in handy once out of warantee. I cann't wait til spring! I live in Iowa so that could be a while!fzr100, who runs Midwest, is a member here. Shoot him a message and see if he can help you. He has quite a few "connections" I think.....
