So I had cleaned and rebuilt my dual carbs, new gaskets, o rings, high and low speed screws, fuel filter. After install I seen that its runs smoother out of the water. In the water I have 1500rpm, I can push the throttle to 3000rpms after that it bogs down. I tried going both ways with the low speed factory is 1 1/2 turns that's where I started. No difference either way. I didn't touch the high speed just kept it closed. I have a video here at the ramp.
Any input would be grateful...

So I read some other sites information, possibly the rectifier? Mine did get wet when the tuned pipe was leaking last year.

Maybe the carbs are out of sync from the rebuild.

I went back to the ramp with the rectifier disconnected and still same problem. However, this time was it was acting like before the carb cleaning. It would start to hesitate at 3K and if I punch the throttle sometimes it will get past that hesitation and run up to 7K when I bring it to 4K it runs a little like a misfire. Would the Accelerator pump have something to do with it loading up? I just inspected the Acc pump it does not move in when the throttle is pushed.

If you dont mind, Im dying to get this thing running and on the water, can you tell me where the "Plunger" on this accelerator pump is located? Would really appreciate your help. Sorry for the bother.
