I'm looking for suggestions on finding performace parts for my 2000 160 speedster.
Any suggestions??
Also, anyone installed trim tabs on a boat this size? Looking for a little help on this as well
Thanks for the help...

I installed Bennett trim tabs last May...best investment I've ever made...except, of course, for the Doo! Porpoising is now a thing of the past and you can ride in 3 foot swells quite comfortably.Hello,

The Bennet tabs are ajustable. How often do you make adjustments or doo you pretty much leave them down? My only real complaint with my craft is the fact that it porpoises and rides horrible on chop. I wasn't expecting 25 foot boat comfort before I bought her but on a busy choppy day I can only run 20-25 mph and have to navagate around the swells. I'm really surprised Sea-Doo didn't put a trim system on these boat like they doo their JetSki's.
Anyway, Ebay has these non ajustable tabs

that look like they would help prevent the porpoising unless of course the tabs require sharper angle of attack.
So back to my question. To prevent porpoising doo the bennet tabs have to be trimmed all the way down and how much is the top end speed affected?
