Remember the grate is much larger on your 210 than a PWC so this makes it much easier. Where do you boat, is it full of debris?

Sunday Sept 4th its 25 degrees out and my family is out for a beautiful day heading across the georgia straight 60 min of open ocean and bang the seaweed is in the intake. I do a little back and forth rev it up and down turn left turn right, I shut it down to let the seaweed out NOTHING DOING! I jump into the ocean with my mask and snorkel, I put my hands in deep, but I cant see or feel anything. I swallow a couple of beers so my rage subsides and I try not to take it out on the family. So we continue on our way as we are more then half way across, my 210 sounds a bit better but the vibration is still kicking in above 5K RPM. We manage to enjoy the rest of the day, I reassure my wife that everything is going to be OK. We start to head back.
The ocean is like glass we should be sitting at 6K RPM + but I'm afraid the vibration is going to break something. Im also afraid that its going to happen again, I'm pissed , my wife is nervous the kids are staying quiet because the tone in the boat is horrible... what kind of day is that ?
I get home and take a look at the intake grate of the starboard side, in total there is less than a handful of sea grass... the upside I suppose is that we did not get stranded, my boat got us home safe and sound but is this it?
I talk to my buddy Lorenzo with the Yamaha 212X and he tells me that it happens to him just as often, but he goes to the back swim grid and removes the clean outs and cleans any little bit of debris in the in take and takes off to enjoy the rest of the day.
I am currently preparing a letter to send to BRP which I will request a solution to my problem at no cost to me.
Please contact me if you have the same story and complaint as there will be strength in numbers to get a solution.

I got to be honest with you all, I fricken love my boat but I have issues every third time Im out. its been little hunks of wood, some seaweed this stuff is typical and should not stop or slow down a 430 hp super charged motor its a joke. The waters around these parts are pristine.

-> 2 times - after 5 min to play with the trottle -> Wood get out by himself.
-> 1 time ->I had to put my boat on the trailer and to undo the turbine by the back = approximately 45 of the work to undo everything. Then I found a small piece of wood that I have easily to remove then the other one 45 min to go back up(to raise) everything. Do not forget the glue on nuts.
