I am a new sea doo owner and new to this forum. I am wanting to upgrade my stereo and need ideas where to place speakers and an amp, and extra battery pics would be great!

take the two stock speakers out and get 4 polk audio db651's. These speakers have been praised by everyone everywhere and are marine grade. replace the two stock ones and put two more up in the bow like the 2010's. I would put the amp in the glove box and a sub either by the passenger's feet or loose one of your under the seat coolers in the back and replace it with a sub. Go with a name brand amp because the cheap ones are nothing but trouble and produce way too much heat. For the extra battery there is plenty of space right by the stock for one more.
You didn't mention tower speakers. If you do get any tower speakers don't waste your money on anything but hlcd speakers. Wetsounds or exile is the only way to go there unless you only want them up there for looks.
If you ever have any questions on this boat just ask. I pretty much know this boat inside and out and I live in OKC.

Pro,
I'm looking at new speakers, first choice is wetsounds, but found the sw650s prob wouldn't fit due to the 1530mm holes. WhIch speakers are yours and were the original holes suitable. By my measuring the hole to accommodate the 650s would need the scew holes to be right On the edge.
Cheers

Nice taste pro!!
An easy way to match some more lights in side the boat is to swap the 3 factory bulbs near the floor with blue led festoon lights. Only a few bucks off eBay and a straight swap. The rev 8 s sound phenomenal!

thanks davo,
i ordered the festoon lights lastnight, do they the covers just pop off of the courtesy lights? I also got the hydro turf installed.

very nice,
Yes the covers pop off, there's a small indent under them to wedge a he point of a knife in(I think). The cover pops straight off , lift the lens out & there you go.

what is secret on running the wires from the amp and speakers were you cant get to , what did you use to cut your holes out .that would be some big hole saws!!
