I just bought a 1995 Speedster and would like to buy a few things to get it in shape. Would anybody tell me the best place to buy the following items.

1. Repair manuals (how- to books)

2. Parts number manual (so I can order by part number)

3. Tune-up parts (spark plugs, air and oil filters, etc.)

4. Canvas cover

5. Bimini Top

6. Original graphics or similar

It would be nice to have some places to order inexpensiveily off the web and some local places near Discovery Bay (Northern California Delta).

Good question. I think sometimes you can find manuals on ebay. They must be harder to come by for the Speedster but what about picking up a jetski manual for a SeaDoo with the 720cc in it? That might help with finding parts numbers to x-ref. when you go to the local jetski shop looking for parts and they don't have any way to check the Speedster files. Kevin, woulnd't that work? I'm lucky because I have a shop not too far that does a pretty good jetboat business so they have all the computer info I need. I havn't looked for a service manual yet tho, I havn't had any mechanical problems, except for that dreaded double shifter cable problem.

You should be able to find manuals that you can order online. eBay is a good source when you can find them, but I am sure you can find them elsewhere. Just use google and see what you come up with.

Here's a site that has many Seadoo model repair/parts manuals for free. I don't know how much different the 95' is from 96' but it's a good start.
