[Comfortably Numb]

Hello all - My friends 2009 speedster is starting really slow (kind of like a bald spot in the starter) and since he is the first person to take things to the dealer to get fixed I offered some help with his problem, however I know nothing about this either. I thought my best bet would be to post on here and see if there is some wisdom someone would like to offer before the big boating weekend.

I checked all the connections and all is good. I ordered a starter online and just wondered if you all could share any tips for install. I figure it isn't the relay since it does start.
