Is it normal to hear a super loud noise when starting out of water??? Sounds like some bad bearings in the impeller area.

that is totally normal. when in the water it will be much quieter. most of the older models are loud when there is no load on the pump.

Thank you very much, I also have another for you? My gas gauge just stopped working yesterday, any idea on that?that is totally normal. when in the water it will be much quieter. most of the older models are loud when there is no load on the pump.
