I have had my Challnger 230 for a little less then a year. Took at of storage yesterday and the steering unit only turns to the right. Anyone else ever experience their steering unit freezing up like this?

Hi, I have a challenger SE 230 2011. I have less than 14 hours on it. Yesterday went to the local marina to take the boat out and the steering wheel only turned to the right. Reading another post it does not seems like i'm the only one to report this issue. Anybody have any ides or suggestions as to what the problem might be? Is it a quick fix or would I have to take it to the dealer for repair?
