My 96 challenger keeps fouling front plug. Compression and carbs are good. Is there something else that could be loading up the cylinder?

My 96 challenger keeps fouling front plug. Compression and carbs are good. Is there something else that could be loading up the cylinder?
Your crank seal could be seeping oil into cylinder.
