I have an 03 speedster with the 240efi merc that is having some of what i think is fuel issues...the boat starts and runs fine off of the trailer and most of the day...after it seems i run a good ammount of fuel through it and kill it to pull up at the dock or something it has to sit about 15 minutes or so before it will start back again...the boat will turn over but will not start--haha other day my wife was hanging onto dock while i backed up the truck and when i jumped on with her to put on trailer she let go and it would not start...drifted into weeds and congested up boat launch..anyways it was embarrassing...can anyone help? where do i start???

How do your spark plugs and fuel filters look? When we had our 2000 160 Speedster, it seemed to be notorious for this issue too. It almost seemed like the engine was flooded, too much fuel being pushed through.
