When is the last time you flushed it?

Is it a general overheating or an exhaust over temp? If it's an exhaust over temp it's pretty common as the orifice that injects the water into the waterbox is pretty small and prone to clogging.
To unclogg the orifice just take the small hose off the water box and stick something small like the end of a coat hanger through the orifice.

Yes it's the exsaust that's overheating I've flushed it and it's a load better but I'll try cleaning the pipe as described as it's only overheating when you gun it for 5 mins or more cheers for the help
