Finally a solution to fully utilize the bow space of your 230 CHALLENGER or 230 WAKE.
It is not until you install their Bow Filler Cushion System that you realize how much lounging space your 230 really holds. This easy to install 2 piece Bow Filler Cushion System utilizes the same quality Marine Grade Materials as your existing Cushions.
They have made every effort to match the factory vinyl colors. You will not be disappointed.
Once installed, you will never want to remove the Bow Filler Cushion System from your boat. IT IS THAT CONVENIENT. But if you need the leg space, The Bow Filler Cushions System can be easily stored in the ski compartment below floor.
Installs in Seconds AND THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO DRILLING REQUIRED!
12-14 people can easily fit on my boat with no problems thanks to these cushions. When i'm not using them, they fit perfectly in the floor locker! These cushions also create a nice long storage area for shoes, clothes, bags, coolers, etc...

I guess I didn't realize the 230 didn't come with a filler cushion (the 180 does). And mine is usually in use. Neat product.
How is it installed?

Yes, for some reason, BRP didn't think that boat needed it. They are wrong. The amount of space these cushions create is unreal The cushions lay on the fiberglass lip and don't need to be attached to anything. They fit nice and tight so at high speed, they will not fly off.....

The bowfiller cushions were designed by a Gulfstream Aerospace Engineer. They install by simply dropping them into place. They both have thick plastic lips underneath that slide right into the seat track. It takes less than 20 seconds to install them and pull them out. At 65mph they stay in place. I am good friends with the owner of the company that makes them and he is actually in the process of designing a backrest for the front as well. I can't wait to see it finished. I will be first in line to order that too!
