Folks I'm in a bit of a bind and really struggling to understand what the problem is. I have a 2007 Speedster 150 with just 17 hours on it. It was winterized in October and I've had the battery on a trickle charger all winter. I decided to sell the boat in order to trade up and I'm supposed to deliver it this Sunday to the new owner. Here's the snag.
The batter is showing 12.5 v DC installed. The nav lights, blower, bilge, etc. all work and function. However, when I put either of the keys on, I don't get a double chirp and the dash display barely lights up. Needless to say, the boat won't start. There is no corrosion on the leads and I've even hooked up the batter via jumper cables to the battery on my truck with no success.
There is a faint low level constant buzz I hear with the key connected. I can also hear the fuel pump prime. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated since Sunday is just a few days away.
Thanks!
Full electric but no chirp with key

A couple excerpts from the shop manual. Hope they point you in the right direction.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
No beeps are - Main battery cut-off switch is turned - Verify and turn ON.
heard (while OFF.
installing DESS
key on post). - Battery is discharged or missing. - Charge or install battery.
- EFB is not powered. - Refer to ENGINE MANAGEMENT
- Faulty EMS fuse on ECM. - Refer to ENGINE MANAGEMENT
- Faulty DESS system. - Refer to DESS SYSTEM.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Causes of troubles are not necessarily related to
starter but may be due to the following:
- battery
- neutral switch
- fuse
- start/stop switch
- DESS switch
- starter solenoid
electrical cables or connections
- engine hydrolock or engine mechanical failure
EFB or ECM.
NOTE: This section assumes the problem, has an
electric-related cause. First ensure of engine and
jet pump integrity.
First check battery condition, refer to CHARGING
SYSTEM.
NOTE: It is a good practice to check for fault codes
using B.UD.S. software as a first troubleshooting
step.
