Need to remove couple sheets of hydro-turf that was put on with the factory 3m self-adhesive, any suggestion or preferred methods would be appreciated, and would anyone know if hydro-turf will sell pieces from a kit,

Is it already starting to peel? If so, I believe you should be able to peel the rest off.
Your best bet would be to call Mike Bonin over at Hydro-Turf to see what they recommend, he will also be able to sell you specific pieces.
