just bought the boat. please help me with maintenance, I do not know how to do any maintenance on the engine. how do I change the oil? spark plugs? winterize it? any help will be greately appreciated.

Welcome to the board.
No need for oil changes as you have a Two-stroke. You either have the 240 EFI or the 250 Optimax. Be sure to use the DDFI oil if you have the Opti and Quicksilver Premium Plus oil if you have the 240.
