Placed an order for an oil change kit in October 2010, Now December no tracking number, long wait on hold, never give an answer, always 'we will call you' and they dont, emails not answered. Parts not received.

I had REALLY slow service from them as well. I finally called and confirmed they still had my order on file. The lady promised she would call or email when the order shipped but I never heard any thing.
Finally one day it showed up, I think it took 3 1/2 to 4 weeks to arrive. Of course my credit card was charged nearly instantly.
Good luck getting that cleared up.

I got a few different items from them and they were not in their stock inventory. I still got my parts within 5 days.
I was upset at first because when I paid the note about shipping time said delvery will be 10-13 days! I called them and they said they give extra time allowance for ordering parts from the manufacturer.
All in all I am very satisfied. Maybe I was lucky? Maybe it was my phone call?
