I tried searching around and couldn't find much. '96 Speedster 14', twin 85h/p 720 cc motors. The port motor has no spark. The starbord motor starts and runs fine. I pulled the storage bin out of the steering console and checked all the fuses under there, all look good. I pulled the cover off the ignition box mounted insided the engine compartment behind the driver's seat. There are several fuses in there and they all looked good. I found some post that said it isn't uncommon for the pickup wire to break off a motor and cause a no spark condition. Where would I locate the p/u wire? Anybody else have any ideas to look for a cure? Thanks for any help.

No spark on 720cc Speedster 14' motor

Bob, I am not sure exactly where the pick up wire is for your boat. Do you have a manual that would point you in the right direction?

I don't have a service manual but I think I have something on a cd that I bought a long time ago. I'll have to dig that up. I gave up and decided to keep it in my warm storage for the winter so I'll wait until this snow goes away and get it out and try to figure it out. Might have to keep this thread alive tho in case anybody else has any ideas of things to check.
