Anti-pooling pools should be used while towing?

The cover has the vacu-hold system and when ratched down, does poles sure stick up like a tee-pee. Just don't want the cover to tear or puncture at those points while towing down to the keys.
Thanks!

I use mind all the time with no issues. I actually added another rope running from bow to stern
to keep water from pooling in those large areas.
Just bought a boat cover for my doo and no where in the instructions it mentions if the anti-pooling poles should be used during trailering.

I would say it depends on the type of cover. We trailered with the anti-pooling poles up when using the cover provided by BRP with our 180 Challenger. If we didn't use the poles when it rained we had a lot of pooling and it would put a lot of stress on the cover. The anti-pooling poles prevented this.
Kevin, sounds like I have the same equipment and setup like yours. '08 C180 SE w/tower and the BRP provided cover (bought from dealer at time of sale)... and so i have a question... this whole time (purchased in '08) I was under the impression this particular cover wasn't meant to be used during trailering (as it flap around and can cause damage, i believe is what I was told) and I'm starting to think that may not be true. I don't even think I have poles with the cover. I Doo believe though that we may have the same cover (as it's coming from BRP) and I'm curious of your experience trailering with your cover and if it is safe?
safe travel down the road at highway speeds?
damage free to the boat?
can you store stuff in boat while traveling with cover?
is there only 1 cover BRP provided/made or were there more then one option?
apologies for the barrage of questions... I have a new cover I NEVER use because the Doo is stored in the garage and rarely put things in it when we travel... but would LOVE to if I can!
