Compression can vary by cylinder. Based on this post, http://seadoosportbo...87-compression/, if you are somewhere between 130 and 160 your are probably okay.

Dealer is telling me the engine needs to be rebuild 1 cyl 130 and other 2 150.
is this possibly stuck rings?
any other suggestions.
boat runs fins and reachs 48mph though.
so any ideas what i should do?

Do you have another dealer that is close by that could give you a second opinion? The two cylinders running at 150 seem okay to me but the one running at 130 might be a little low. I am not sure if this would call for an entire rebuild which is why a second opinion might be a good idea.

any other ideas the current dealer charged me 200 in addition to 100 hour service at 400 dollars. To tell me engine needs rebuild.
They wont tell me what a rebuild cost except it starts at 900 to find out.
Then who knows.
Are stuck rings common and could this be the cause?

$400 to tell you it needs a rebuild with no specifics seems like a crappy deal. I'd say find yourself a new mechanic or dealership. One tip, the season is already near its end so if you ARE going to have it rebuilt wait till the cold months come and they'll beg you for the work.
I personally would try to research more, and get a few more opinions. 130 vs 150 is quite a substantial drop so it definitely shows ring issues with that one cylinder. If all 3 were in the 130 range I'd say you are good to go, but with just one that low it sounds like there is/was an issue at some point.
Good luck.
