i found that i can put on a nice show for people on their pontoons by going full speed then throwing her in reverse and turning the wheel with it gassed... it spins around pretty well... also, i find that on every jet powered craft ive operated, that it turns better to the left than the right... must be god

Sounds like a good ol' sub-move, those are indeed a blast! Also welcome to the site.

How much throttle can you use when in reverse? When I put my Sportster 4-Tech in reverse, I can only move the throttle about 1 inch or so. It feels like it's hitting a mechanical stop when I try to add more throttle. Doesn't seem like a lot of throttle is available when I'm in reverse.i found that i can put on a nice show for people on their pontoons by going full speed then throwing her in reverse and turning the wheel with it gassed... it spins around pretty well... also, i find that on every jet powered craft ive operated, that it turns better to the left than the right... must be god
