I just bought a 2003 Seadoo Utopia 205. I have been having trouble with the throttle handle/cable been stiff. Can this recalls be the reason why? How do I check this recalls have been done to my unit? Can I still take it to a dealer and have it replace? Thanks in advance.

My throttle cable just snapped on my 2003 U205! Ugh! Have no idea how to even access it.
