We apologize for our downtime today on 08/31/2010, we are still investigating the root cause and will keep everyone posted once we are able to re-mediate the issue from occurring again. It appears to have been an extreme spike in traffic volume from 5:00am - 7:15am. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

I'm just happy that I'm not really suspended! At first I thought it was just your way of keeping me from winning my third monthly contest in a row. Glad to see it back up and running great!

Too funny, we wouldn't do that to you! We are still working with our host to see what performance improvements we can make to prevent it from occurring again in the future. We will keep you posted of any new improvements over the next couple of days.

Some of you might have noticed but we had some downtime this morning because we were moving to a new server, we are still working out some of the quirks so if you spot anything that looks or doesn't work as it should then please report it here. Thanks.

Hopefully we will see some performance improvements on this new server.

I noticed that the mobile site was down around 9:30am but it seems to be working fine now.

Yeah our host was in the process of moving us to a new server at that time which caused issues with the mobile website. We were on the server yesterday for about 18 hours, but after many issues they have moved us back to our old server until they can work out those issues. I was hoping this was going to be the end of our server issues but it appears not yet.
