A friend of mine just bought a new Speedster 200 and he experienced similar fuel tank fill-up issues (could not fill it all the way). What he found, that was causing the problem, was the outlet vent nipple at the tank was nearly completely blocked, by virtue of the plastic tank molding process at the factory. All he did to correct the problem was remove the vent hose and drill down through the plastic vent nipple to clear the plastic blockage which now allows the air to escape when he fills up. Problem resolved! Good luck!I called my dealer and they are clueless. They want me to drop it by and keep it for a while as they say they are busy. I asked them if they knew how to fix it and they said no but they would give it a try.
Where are you located and what dealer are you dealing with? Have you tried to actually call SeaDoo and address the problem with them?My gas gauge says only 1/4 tank left and yet I can't get more than 12-14 gallons of gas in it. The gauge is useless and my dealer is not much better.
What would be the SeaDoo tech support number for the USA?
