A friend of mine just bought a new Speedster 200 and he experienced similar fuel tank fill-up issues (could not fill it all the way). What he found, that was causing the problem, was the outlet vent nipple at the tank was nearly completely blocked, by virtue of the plastic tank molding process at the factory. All he did to correct the problem was remove the vent hose and drill down through the plastic vent nipple to clear the plastic blockage which now allows the air to escape when he fills up. Problem resolved! Good luck!I called my dealer and they are clueless. They want me to drop it by and keep it for a while as they say they are busy. I asked them if they knew how to fix it and they said no but they would give it a try.
Where are you located and what dealer are you dealing with? Have you tried to actually call SeaDoo and address the problem with them?My gas gauge says only 1/4 tank left and yet I can't get more than 12-14 gallons of gas in it. The gauge is useless and my dealer is not much better.
What would be the SeaDoo tech support number for the USA?

Good info Dood! We have a couple dealers who post here now, maybe this could help them out, or maybe they have already received a service bulletin from Bomber.......A friend of mine just bought a new Speedster 200 and he experienced similar fuel tank fill-up issues (could not fill it all the way). Cool! I will be interested to find out!I was at a place called Royal Distributing on the weekend and they had 2 different Radar guns by Bushnell. I thought about checking one out, testing it on the boat and taking it back.......but my GPS unit will be here in a week so I will tell you the true MPH then.

I have a 2006 SCIC as well. There is a limit on our reverse that doesn't alow us to go in reverse as fast as needed to do a sub move with a big impact. I read a post somewhere a one time that someone was going to try and remove the throttle assembly to see if it can be changed. Never heard an answer.I want to do the sub move. I have tried the combination of lever moves in the past not knowing at the time that it was supposed to sink the bow. In my Sportster SCIC, when the sub move is attempted there is absolutly no sinking of the bow. The boat does stop quickly however, and the reverse plate causes 20' arches of water to shoot up and out from the jet assembly. Its a good crowd pleaser but I get no submarine action. I'm wondering if the difference between the Sportser and the and the boat in the sub-move video are to blame. Does anyone have any advice for sinking my boat.
I might try taking mine apart in a few weeks because it has become very hard to shift on mine lately. It also doesn't "click" on forward all the time preventing me from using the throttle.
