Hello!
My first post. I just bought a new Challenger SeaDoo boat and took it out for a ride. I could not steer it to the dock to pick up my husband. When I finally got help and we took it for a spin in the channel. Does the water shoot up in the air or is it supposed to be pushing below the water line. I was going 25 mph and pushing 6400 rpms. Is this normal? Upon returning to the dock, it was quite a sight. Could not back up, could not go forward..... very difficult to load. I have been driving a boat since I was 14 and that was 40 years ago. Will I get used to this or should I give up and trade it in for jet skis? I am so disappointed. Please, any and all feedback would be appreciated. The boat is at the dealer for 24 hours while i decide. I was just so freaked out about the steering. Thank you for any suggestions or comments.
