The Raves usually have an effect alittle higher then 3500. Although its possible. Might want to clean connecter at MPEM. The twins operate off the same controller,I believe also find all grounds and clean them.The mpem might be running in like a safe mode,for instance a faulty ground could cause it to falsly sense an engine overheat{explaining why both engines are acting like that.} Keep us posted-the present might solve the future
Also the fuel selector might be plugged up,try moving it to Reserve,

just to be sure you can try the neutral switch, disconnect it from the plug and try reving the engines, it could be stuck and making the comp to think
the selector is still in neutral.
