Hey guys, I'm Allen. I'm Graduating UCF in 1 week!
I currently have a 98 Seadoo XP Limited.
Since i'm gonna some time on my hands soon I've found a Speedster here in Orlando for sale. It is either a 97 or 98 i'll find out tonight. Here's the thing, the owner said she hasn't had it in the water for 5+ years. but last year she had the engines overhauled and the machanic had it on the water to test the overhaul.
I looked at the craft real quick yesterday, hull looks good, although faded, the seats need to be replaced. and the unit that holds the throttle and reverse handles was not attached to the hull. (might just needed to be screwed down)
She's asking $1000 with trailer for the Speedster.
What should I look out for in this year of craft?
Any electrical Boards that I should check?
Any Advice or input would be great.
Greetings from Orlando, Fl

Welcome to the website. First things first, water test the boat to ensure it is running normally. Once it is parked thoroughly inspect the boat (check engine for leaks, look for damage to the gel cote etc).
