Hello,
I am new to this site but it seems like there is a lot of valuable info here. I purchased a 2008 sea doo challenger 180 last year (new non-current). I was able to put close to 10 hours on the boat late last summer and had lots of fun pulling the kids and friends on tubes and waterskiis. I purchased a cover (Sea Doo brand from the dealer) for off season storage and am curious if anyone else has had issues installing the bow and stern supports for under the actual cover (to keep water from pooling on top)
Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
greetings from thunder bay, on

Welcome to the website and congrats on the new doo! Was there any instructions included with your cover to install the supports? If not I would call your dealer to see what they can provide for you.
We have the same exact cover but I have never put it on the boat since ours is garage kept.

Thanks for your reply. There were instructions which I followed, however, it seemed like the supports were impossible to keep in place. I think your advice to go to the dealer is the the next logical step. I need to bring in the boat anyway to have it serviced for the summer, so that would be a good opportunity to do that.
