I have been using this every since I have had my DOO!WalMart sells their Super Tech brand (made by Pennzoil), stating on the front of the gallon jug that it exceeds Mercury standards for TCW-# oil. IT SELLS FOR LESS THAN $6 A GALLON !!!
P.S. - What's up with the ALL CAPS!?!?!

..it happens. As I look at it, most petroleum products are overpriced anyway, and it is up to the consumer to find suitable substitutes that are priced fairly. It's the same as finding a gas station that has good gas for a lower price.Sorry about the dumbass rant on tcw-3. I swore I saw threads on the "other" 240efi forum that mentioned people were paying $30 for tcw-3, so I assumed it was Bombardier packaged. Obviously, I was wrong, and they were griping about the price of Rotax oil. As Emily Littella used to say, "Oh. OK then....never mind.
In the Rotax world, there has always been, and will continue to be, a great debate as to which oil is the best. I say ANY quality 2-stroke oil that meets or exceeds the engine makers specs should be alright.
Anyhow, welcome to the board! Enjoy!
