I give up!!

Hopefully someone here can figure this one out. My horn, bilge pump, blower, radio, nav. lights and courtesy lights don't operate. The guages, 12 volt accessory, and helm lights all work. I've checked all the fuses at the helm and they're all fine. I can't find any loose wires to the switches. The switches themselves are getting power, but I don't know if it might simply be the light on them.

Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated.

You have power at a switch that is supposed to operate something but doesn't. When you activate, turn , press or whatever this switch, does that power make it to the particular device that it controls? Check by unplugging the wire at the device and checking this with a 12 test lamp connected to ground. Make sure your grounds are ALL tight.
Check the mains next. I hate electrical problems, cause they always leave me feelin like I should have seen the obvious.
