I need help!! I have a 96 Challanger. It Starts ang idles fine but as soon as I gas it it goes now where. When wide open it will rev at about 3500 then it will jump to 7000 for 30 seconds or so and then go back down. after running it for a while it seems like it revs up less and less. The boat speedo never reads much over 10mph. Any suggestions would be much apriciated.

Have you check your impeller, what kind of condition is it in? If it looks okay then check to make sure everything can spin freely inside the intake gate -- some times things can get caught in there which would also cause similar issues to what you describe. Also check to make sure there is no damage to the driveshaft.
