Hello everyone, I just wanted to introduce myself. I am in Memphis, Tn. and while I do not know of any spots in town to watersport, I do know there are spots boaters use to socialize in certain parts of the Mississippi. There are also several spots within a few hours drive, that will allow me and my family to have some fun in the water. I am looking to buy a boat and the look and performance of the Sea Doo is what landed me here on the site. I am browsing a few different forums to get valuable information and insight about the sport and the Sea Doo product. I am interested in the Challenger 180 and the Speedster 200. I may consider the Speedster 155, but I like the fullness of the 200. If anyone would like to chime in and give me some insight on these models, please do so. Also if you know of some lakes in the Memphis area, please advise as well.
Thanks,
CB

Welcome to the site! We have had our 2008 180 Challenger for about 2 years and have been thoroughly impressed. Both the 180 Challenger and the 200 Speedster are great boats -- we also looked at both; we went with the 180 Challenger primarily because we wanted the full windshield.

Thanks!!! I have considered the windshield as well, but I guess it's not a deal breaker. I guess whichever I can find a better deal on is the way I will go. What types of watersports do you and your family/friends do?

We typically wakeboard, I just got into wakeskating last year too. From time to time we pull a tube around but I much prefer being on a board rather than a tube.
