A few weeks ago, I asked the good folks at Hydro-Turf if they had a kit that would fit my 150 Speedster 2009 model. The closest thing I found on their website was the Sportster 4-Tec 03-05. If you ask me, they at least look like the same boat, but I haven't measured anything yet. Is anyone here aware of a pre-cut kit that works well?

Yes Definately talk with Mike!! I have a 2008 150 speedster, which is the exact same as the 2009. The 03-05 kit fits perfect except for the ski locker piece. I sent Mike a template of my ski locker so make sure to ask for the ski locker piece to come from that template. Also, if you want the ski locker piece to be one solid piece instead of 2 pieces you have to have the pattern going the opposite direction of the other pieces. This is what I ended up doing, but you can have 2 pieces and put them together if you must have all of the pieces with the pattern going in the same direction.
