Got it all assembled and ready to mount on the hull tonight.
The top is 72" long, 72" wide and 36" high.
Was wondering exactly where everyone else mounts the pivot bracket on theirs?

I don't know what year your Speedster is, but mine is mounted on the gunwales just aft of the arm rests.Got my new gray sumbrell bimini top yesterday.

Hi Steve,My '03 speedster 160 is down at the beachhouse, so I can't go out and measure it but I seem to remember that the main pivot brackets were about 36" forward of the rear hatch and along the top of the gunwales. The rear brackets were only about 2" forward of the rear hatch. Did your bimini come without the instruction sheet in the box showing the bracket positions?

No, it came with assembly instructions, just wasnt very specific about exact placement of the brackets.
Looks like if you place it forward of the controls it would be a pain in the butt to get in and out of the bow area.
Looks like they will go on just behind the armrests.
Thanks all for the replies.
