I just purchased a 05 Islandia with the 250 optimax can someone explain how I can clean the injectors or is there any maintenance that needs to be done on a regular basis.

Your best bet would be pick a Mercury manual and it should be able to guide you through this. We use to be able to distribute these manuals but Mercury requested that we no longer do.
