hi! from the left side on top there is a locking lever and with both hands you must put the level to the right and with the other hand to unlock the pump cartridge to the left.
the pump cartridge is made by johnson pumps & with 550gph.
maybe is cheaper to find a pump cartridge johnson part #32-1550c (go to www.johnson-pump.com bilge spare motor)the motor seems to be exactly the same like the seadoo's and on ebay you can find a new one pump to take the cartridge from 17$TO 45$. DSC00008.JPG 309.5KB 39 downloads
mine from a challenger 2008 se with 11hours is not working and i have 2 3A burned fuses one on the starboard VCM fuse box and the other one under the main battery cut off switch.i am going to replace it with warranty.OPEN THE BILGE SWITCH WITH THE KEY AND LOOK IF THE IMPELLER FROM THE PUMP TURNS WHEN THE PUMP MOTOR IS OUT.
