In an effort to serve everyone better and implement an improved security model, we're making plans on changes to our site that will be coming, and one of those plans involves the use of IP.Nexus for better Vendor management. In order to tie this new product into our website, we need to use the IP.Converge system to manage our user logins. What this means to you is that IP.Converge uses your email address instead of a login name to log you into the website. To prepare for this, it is very important that you ensure the email address you have associated with your account is correct as you may need to send requests for password resets to it if you run into any problems.

Please take a moment to log in to your Control Panel and ensure that the email address it lists in the 'Your account summary' section is correct and accessible to you. If it is not, you can update this using the Change Email Address page. If you take care of this now, it will lessen the chances of having any problems occur once we make this change.

In regards to exactly when the change will be made, at this time no specific date has been determined since we need to investigate any potential problems, but it should hopefully occur within this next couple of weeks, this will give everyone a chance to get their email addresses updated. I'll post here once we have decided on this, and will be sure to remind you at least 24 hours before the change is made. After the change is made, it is important that you ensure you can still login.

This change has been fully implemented and is now functioning, so if you are having any issues logging in please make sure that you are now using your email address to login. If you do not remember the email address you signed up with then please shoot us an email, info [AT] seadoosportboats [DOT] com, with your member name that you use to login with so that we can lookup your email address on record and provide it for you.

There have been issues with our IP.Converge functionality since last night, we are actively troubleshooting these issues. If you have any further issues please post them here; if you are unable to get the logged in then please email us at info [AT] seadoosportboats [DOT] com making us aware of the issue you are having.

I have not had any problems with logging in but earlier today it would not let me create a new thread; but i just tried agian and everything is working now

Yeah this was also related to some issues we were having with IP.Converge; it was security related. These issues should be resolved now, but please report any other issues that may arise. Thanks!
