Thanks to Kevin Seeber at Kingsland Marine we have some pictures of the new 2009 SeaDoo Sport Boats Line-Up! Here is a quote from Kevin, he is attending the SeaDoo convention in Dallas.

I will send pics of the 150 Speedster tomorrow as it isn't here. It will be available in 155, 215, and 255 HP configurations and looks like the 2006 model with black hull and either red or yellow top. The 180 Challenger is available in red or blue hull in either thr regular or SE editions. The 230 Challenger is available in either dark red or a light beige in the regular, SE, or SP model whch has the same colors as the WAKE without a lot of the Wake options. The maximum horsepower is 510, the SP is either 310 or 430, the regular is 310 only, the SE model is either 430 or 510 as is the WAKE! The 200 and 230 Wake are pretty much the same design as is the Islandia. The 200 Speedster is now available in either white or red, the only horsepower available is 430. The Utopia has a new black hull and is available in either 310 or 430 HP. Gotta go!

Wow, the Challenger looks way better in red. And now with 255 hp it will be a little quicker. Looks like I will be making a trip to the dealer soon.

So does that mean the 200 Wake has the 510 package available or just the 230 version...? I would love the 200 wake w/ the 510 Maybe time to upgrade from my Sportster...

...drooling over the red rocket! I knew there's a reason why I bought the extended warranty from Kevin: to sell my 08 faster and spend more dough on this 09!!! Hmmmm....how much is the 255 SE w/ tower? Thanks for the info Kevin and Kevin!

The 180 Challenger SE with tower will sell for around $28,500 with a galvanized trailer, closer to $30,000 if the dealer elected to get one of the new customized trailers available. I think you'll find the 2009 prices fairly high until dealers get rid of 2008 inventory and also because the delivery prices went up 40% in most cases. Combine that with a reduced percentage for MSRP and a wholesale price increase percentage that doubled from last year the 2009 Sea Doo product stands a good chance of being 30% higher than the 2008 boats. On the other hand the 180 has some major improvement in the hull with respect to the chine and lifting strakes resulting in obvious better ride and no tendency to fall off the chine in a turn any more.
