Any advice for getting a tow rope unstuck from the intake? My kids let the rope go under the boat while it was running and it got sucked in.

if it is wrapped around the drive shaft very tightly the only way to get it off is lie on your back with a very shart knife (wear eye protection) and gradually cut through each section of rope - well this is how i removed my ski rope! check the impeller and wear ring.
DONT LIE DIRECTLY UNDERNEATH WHEN CUTTING - INCASE YOU DROP THE KNIFE - ALTERNATIVELY IF YOU DONT FEEL SAFE DOING THIS TAKE THE BOAT TO YOUR DEALER
ALSO BECAREFUL NOT TO SCRATCH THE HULL, CUT THE RUBBER BOOT ON THE SHAFT OR SCRATCH THE SHAFT ITSELF WITH THE KNIFE.
