Is this expensive to fix I guess it has to go to seadoo huh I usually just fill up each time out....Not sure how long can run on a tank????

Sounds like you have a bad fuel baffle, that part cost me about $140.00 on our 2000 160 Speedster . You should be able to pick up the part from World of Powersports.
