Has anyone experienced their sundeck material filling with air to a large bubble during travelling ? Seems bizarre how this could happen as my interior is in excellent condition. I am worried on a long trip it will tear. I do not travel with tarps ever because the wind destroys those as well. I was thinking of gluing the vinyl to the plastic top. Has anyone done that ?
Thanks

Mine does it as well. I have been running a strap from the ski pole to the tow line u-bolt. This seems to hold it down while travelling.
If you choose to glue it down be careful what glue you use. We have a customer use 3M spray adhesive and it ate up the fabric on his Challenger. The strap sounds like the best idea or a well fitting cover, like one made by Commercial Sewing.
