Bought my Utopia last fall and had it out a few times. The throttle is very stiff and difficult to move - I'd like to open it up and lubricate the mechanism, but from the parts diagram it looks like most of the mechanism is behind the padded panel - can anyone offer some guidance on how to gain access?
