I am having a problem with my C clip on my drive shaft. The C clip keeps popping off while I am out in the water and then water starts to come in.
Any suggestions? Anyone else had this problem?

I haven't seen any problems like this, have you taken it to your dealer to let them have a look at it?

I would take it to the dealer to see if in needs to be upgraded, depending on your year
You can purchase the carriers, bearings, seals, and hoses from Seadoo. All OEM parts. I would NOT recommend getting the OEM seals. The lips on the seals are extremely stiff and get hung up when trying to slide it over the section of the driveshaft where the c-clip went. I actually got one stuck in the groove and ruined it trying to get it off. The oem seals are also extremely expensive. I ended up finding a part number for a National seal that the local auto parts store carried that would replace both the double and single lip oem seals. These seals were only $4.45 each and the way the lip is designed they will seal from either direction. They are a more flexible rubber lipped seal and would slide over the c-clip groove without problem. The look like the seal that's pictured in the carrier that Jetskimechanic sells. I've listed all the part numbers below along with prices from Perry Performance Group. I would either get the complete carrier that jetskimechanic sells or buy just the carrier, bearings and hoses from seadoo and buy the seals locally.
272000024 Carrier $13.47 ea
293350007 Bearing 9.97 ea
271000560 Hose 4.97 ea
293200065 Seal 23.47 ea
293200012 Dbl Seal 17.47 ea
National Seal #351267 $4.45 ea (Replaces single and double lip seals)
