Ceramic Washer Replacement

I live in the Philadelphia area but will be using the boat on the Chesapeake in Maryland. Does anyone know where I can get the SS or titanium washer replacements? Either a place that will install them or that I can at least buy them so the dealership can install them for me? Also will this voice an extended warranty?

You can order them right there:I purchased a new 2007 180 Challenger SE in the fall of last year. I have not taken out yet but have been doing a lot of reading. I understand that there is a good chance that the ceramic washers in the clutch assembly of the supercharger will go at some point. I called the dealership that I peruchased the unit from and asked them to order me a replacement kit for the washers either Stainless steel or titanium (I have been hearing both those types being thrown out there as the replacements). They called Seadoo who told them that they shouldn't go bad. They said that they have only heard of this problem with their PWC's because people wave jump and the RPM go really high while in the air and go way back down when they slam into the water. They said that if I were to order replacement washers that they would just send me another set of ceramic washers.

they even have a S/C rebuild service where you can send your supercharger to have the metal washer installed in them.
I purchased mines there, but i installed them myself into my supercharger.
Mines are the Riva Racing ones, (not coated) the 2nd generation, they already have about 25 hours put on them and they work fine.
---Do not believe that crap about only PWC having the problem...i know a guy with a C180 that had only 15 hours and they broke....remove those crappy ceramics before they break down and ruin your oil pumps...

No need to change the bearings before 100 hours, when it was time for me, i choosed the OEM bearings metal ones, i heard too much nightmares about the ceramic ones breaking early and leading to potential nightmares, so i wanted anything except ceramics..... so my entire S/C internally went from the 05 specs to the 07 specs using the OEM complete rebuilt kit + added a Rotax Racing high Boost supercharger impeller while i was in there...Thanks for the info. Did you also replace the metal bearings with the ceramic bearings like the site mentions?
The only thing i didn't installed from the OEM rebuild kit was the ceramic washers, i used the Riva 06-07 specs instead. Added some other mods to the boat as well, over 3K in investment, now i really like it
