
AS A OWNER OF A 2007 CHALLENGER 180SE I AM GETTING FRUSTRATED WITH THE SERVICE AND SUPPORT THAT IS AVAILABLE FOR THEM.
A FEW YEARS BACK I HAD A SEA DOO WAVERUNNER AND WHEN I UPGRADED I WENT WITH A DIFFERENT BRAND BECAUSE OF THE POOR SUPPORT AND SERICE I WAS GETTING WITH IT.
WELL, NOW I BOUGHT THIS BOAT BECAUSE I REALLY LIKED WHAT IT HAD TO OFFER, AND ONCE AGAIN I AM GETTING POOR SUPPORT AND SERVICE.
DIFFERNT SERVICE TECH'S WILL GIVE ME DIFFERENT ANSWERS TO THE PROBLEMS THAT I HAVE, YET AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO GET THEM FIXED, I STILL HAVE THE PROBLEMS. THEY ALL BLAME IT ON SEA DOO AND SEA DOO TELLS ME I MUST WORK THROUGH DEALER.
I'M JUST WONDERING IF OTHERS ARE HAVING THE SAME EXPERIENCE AS I AM HAVING.
MY MAIN PROBLEMS ARE MY BOAT IS NOT MAINTAING GOOD TOP RPM'S AND MYBOAT IS NOT KEEPING CORRECT HOURS ON THE METER.
THE DEALER TOLD ME AT FIRST THAT "THIS WAS NORMAL AT THIS TIME", BUT THE COMPUTER WOULD KEEP TRACK OF THE CORRECT HOURS. WELL ON MY WINTERIZATION THAT WASNT THE CASE, AND NOW I AM TOLD THAT THE COMPUTER NOT KEEPING CORRECT HOURS, IN ADDITION TO THE METER, "IS NORMAL AT THIS TIME".
WHEN THEY FINALLY DO COME OUT WITH A FIX, MY TRUE BOAT HOURS WILL NEVER BE KNOWN.
