I need some guidance. Just purchased a 1995 sportster with a single 85hp. What I’m trying to find out is Can I buy a replacement front storage compartment that has the rear view mirrors. My boat does not have them. Also who can tell me what the 4 to 5 wire harnesses are for inside that front storage compartment.
Boat never had a radio installed so I just had a shop install a pioneer deh4600 with remote, crunch 1000watt 4 way amp, 10inch MB Quart marine sub and 4 6 1/2' MB Quart speakers. The boat now rocks. Also anyone knows of a ladder available for the boat?????

Found out what I need. Im looking for a 1995 green speedster front storage door complete with mirrors and gauges. Where can I find one?

eBay's always a good place to look, if you don't have any local sources.

I just did a partial re-wire on my flip-up cover; there are two connectors each for the tach and speedometer (one for illumination, one for signal, presumably). I replaced the section of wire that flexes with the cover opening and closing--not sure if that will fix my tach, but it shouldn't hurt...seems like a reasonable try, given it's a 96 boat.

Pauly...if you dont mind me asking, what did you pay for your radio install? Im got an 04' sportster without a radio and am wondering if I can install it, or should I have a shop.

Sorry about the delay getting back to you. The cost was about 1600.00. I did buy top of the line marine speakers though. You could probably save 4-500 if you downgrade the speakers. The install is pretty easy but i didnt want to mess around cutting holes for all the components...
